*I’ll tell you why I like the B12/B6/Folic Acid Sublingual so much. I can only speak for myself. However, I have a very high stress job. I have taken this supplement when I was under some pretty stressful situations. After taking this supplement, I literally felt the stress fall off of me like waves. I don’t know if it will have the same effect on you. But it’s worth a try. Even if your experience isn’t quite like mine, but the overall effect of getting rid of the stress is the same, then go for it! I do take a few extras in extreme pressure situations. Generally though, the directions say on the bottle to take one a day. I am only sharing how I use it. Please make sure you speak to your doctor before taking this supplement or any others.
